Zumigo is led by veterans of the mobile and financial services industries with years of experience in developing and managing mobile solutions. Founded in 2009, Zumigo is a trusted partner of network providers, operators, credit bureaus, financial institutions, and retail merchants.
Chirag is a veteran of the mobile industry. Before founding Zumigo, he was Vice President and General Manager of the VeriSign Mobile Messaging business. He had joined VeriSign via acquisition of Unimobile, where he was Founder and COO. At Verisign, he built a world-class scalable and robust wireless platform to drive significant revenue for mobile operators and enterprises. His previous experience includes General Manager at EFI where he established a successful Network Graphics Server Business Unit; director at Apple responsible for the LaserWriter line of products; and engineering director at Rolm Corp developing distributed PBX switch software.
Chirag served on the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) Board and Wireless Internet Caucus (WIC) Leadership Council. He earned his bachelor of technology degree from IIT Bombay, and master of science degrees from Stanford and the University of Michigan. He holds several patents in software and mobile technologies.
Ziba leads the QA and Product Support teams at Zumigo. She has over 20 years of experience in software development and engineering management. Prior to Zumigo, Ziba led engineering projects in P2P and A2P messaging for SAP’s messaging platform. She developed software and managed engineering teams at Sybase iSMS messaging service platform, a text messaging service that handled millions of SMS texts daily by providing intercommunication among wireless carriers. Before Sybase, she held various engineering roles in mobile computing and device management applications at startup companies including iAnywhere and AvantGo. Early in her career, she worked as a software engineer in simulation and electronic design automation at Cadence Design Systems. Ziba holds a master of science degree and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and has published several scientific papers in peer reviewed magazines.
Jong is a seasoned business development and sales executive with expertise in both application and infrastructure services in the internet and telecom industries. Jong’s most recent position was with BroadSoft, driving revenue for their Unified Communication Cloud Services/(SaaS), where he launched the initial offerings to more than 10 service providers globally.
Prior to BroadSoft, Jong was at Telcordia Technologies as Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Alliances in the Interconnection Solutions Division, where he led the sales team to deliver a suite of interconnection solutions as well as new service offerings for mobile and next-generation networks worldwide. Prior to Telcordia, Jong held various business development roles, including international, at VeriSign and Iridium. Jong holds a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from Christopher Newport University in Virginia.
Sutapa is responsible for DevOps at Zumigo. She brings over 20 years of extensive international management and technical experience in software product development and production engineering in high-tech industries. Before Zumigo, Sutapa worked at various technology startups including Get-IT-Mobile and Registria as well as larger technology companies such as LinkedIn, Yahoo, Sun Microsystems, Reliance Telecom, RPG Satcom, and Tokyo Denki Tokki. At Sun Microsystems, Yahoo! and LinkedIn, Sutapa managed large-scale production operations, site reliability, departmental budget analysis, and information system security and compliance. Sutapa holds a master of science degree in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University; bachelor of science and master of science degrees in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology at Shibpur; and a diploma in Software Technology from Indian Institute of Technology at Delhi.
Harish is a technologist who has led teams in delivering industry-first software solutions across various domains. Most recently, he led the delivery of workforce authentication, authorization, and compliance solutions at Amazon. Prior to Amazon, Harish was vice president of engineering at Zumigo and was in charge of the development of the Zumigo Assure Identity and Zumigo Strong Authentication solutions.
His prior roles include vice president of engineering at Repli, an Audio-messaging startup; senior director at Bsquare, developing test automation products; senior director at Xiotech, delivering innovative storage management solutions; CTO and co-founder of Ensoftek, a global logistics-focused secure trade messaging platform; and various senior engineering roles at Electronics for Imaging, Apple, and Intel.
Harish holds a master of science degree in Computer Science from the Oregon Graduate Institute (now OHSU), and a bachelor of engineering degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, India.
Satya brings over 20 years of experience in software architecture, engineering management and software development. Prior to joining Zumigo, he was the senior architect at SRI International, working on strategic projects in a joint venture with BBVA Spain. Before that, Satya was the founding engineer at FonTouch, where he architected a mobile transaction authentication gateway and built the engineering team.
Satya was the founding engineer at CyberBills, where he architected a payment processing and bill pay online portal. CyberBills was acquired by FIS (formerly Metavante), where Satya designed the “One Engine” project that merged multiple payment processors into one. Earlier in his career, he gained invaluable experience working with Wells Fargo and Dharma Systems. Satya holds bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Mangalore University in India.
Madhu Vudali is a product management leader with extensive experience building, marketing and scaling innovative products and applications leveraging AI/ML, Data Science, and Optimization. Prior to joining Zumigo, he founded a startup applying blockchain and generative AI for personalized engagement. Madhu’s experience at leading companies includes Google, where he led transformational initiatives across Ads, Privacy, and Trust & Safety domains, creating significant revenue impact; Apple, where he made significant contributions to Apple’s Ad Platforms, Customer Privacy, and Data Governance; and Yahoo!, where he led marketplace operations and built the Data Science & Optimization practice to grow its ad business.
Madhu holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Texas at Dallas; a master degree in Computer Science from Villanova University; and a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University, India.

Keith provides Executive Consulting services in the PC and Mobile graphics industry. Keith started his career at Intel in Product Management. He then held various Management, General Management and Corporate positions at semiconductor pioneer Chips and Technologies which was subsequently acquired by Intel in 1998. During his second Intel sojourn, he worked as a Director at Intel Capital, where he was involved in various Intel investments, acquisitions and mergers before embarking as an independent consultant. Keith has an MSEE from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
